You can edit or cancel an invoice directly through the FBR IRIS portal by following these steps:

  1. Log in to IRIS and navigate to Digital Invoicing.
  2. Go to Invoice Dashboard and select Search Invoice.
  3. Search using the FBR Invoice Number or a relevant date range.
  4. Open the invoice by clicking the FBR Invoice Number.
  5. Click Edit to modify item details, or Cancel to cancel the invoice or specific items.
  6. Confirm and submit your changes.

Important Conditions

  • ✓  Only invoices generated through the DI system are eligible.
  • ✓  Changes must be made within 72 hours of invoice issuance.
  • ✓  Each item can be edited only once - once edited, it cannot be cancelled.
  • ✓  The invoice number cannot be changed; original details remain accessible after editing.
  • ✓  Invoice cancellation is permitted only if it does not exceed 10% of last month's sales.
  • ✓  The previous return must be submitted before making any edits or cancellations.
  • ✓  Invoices already linked with Annex-C or reported in returns cannot be modified.
